I thank God for you! You are precious to the Lord, and a blessing to me and this ministry! And because I believe this is the Year of No Limits for the partners and friends of the Oral Roberts Ministries, I’m specifically asking the Lord to show you the perfect plan that He has for YOU this year.

It’s more important than ever to have a clear vision from the Lord for your future. So let me ask you this… What good things are you expecting in the coming months?

Whatever you do, don’t base your expectations on what the world tells you! They have very little good news to share. The world is expecting more ups and downs in the stock market and more challenges in national and worldwide politics… They’re talking about rising gas prices and possible shortages of certain medicines…

But the Lord has a bigger and better plan for His people than the world can imagine. As you place your faith in Him and His Word, you can begin to expect His promises to come to pass in your life.

The apostle Paul talks about how important it is to press forward and pursue God’s vision for our lives. In Philippians 3:14, he wrote, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

In other words, you need to have your goal in mind so you can pursue it fully, in faith, believing the Lord for all He has for you… That’s how you’ll reach the goal and win in life! And since this is a healing ministry, I want to encourage you to expect 2012 to be a year of great HEALING in every area of your life!

Let me ask you again… What good things are you EXPECTING from the Lord this year? What areas of your life need to be healed and made whole? What
areas need to grow? Ask the Lord to show you what your life can look like as the limits are removed. Then, begin to pursue the vision He gives you…stepping out in faith to lay hold of the blessings and the plans He has for you.

I am believing that this is your year of NO LIMITS in your health and well-being, because God’s power to make you and keep you whole is UNLIMITED! But before you can pursue the goal of being healed and made whole, you must have it settled in your heart that He wants you well. In fact, one of the most common questions people have about God is whether or not He wants to heal them. Does He want to make you whole?

Matthew 8 tells an interesting story from the ministry of Jesus…and it deals directly with the question of God’s will for you when it comes to healing. A leper came to Jesus and said an unusual thing: “Lord, You can heal me, if it is Your will.” In other words, he was saying, “Lord, You can do it if you’re willing…if you want to do it.”

The leper seemed to have no problem with the idea that Jesus could heal. In fact, he seemed to believe Jesus had the unlimited power to do whatever He wanted to do. His question wasn’t, “Jesus, can you do it?” but rather, “Jesus, do you want to?”

I have good news for you… Jesus answered the question for the leper—and for you and me—once and for all. He said, “I am willing! I will heal you. It’s my will to heal you” (Matthew 8:3). He didn’t stop to think it over. He didn’t debate it with the disciples, or go off to pray about whether or not He should heal the man. No, the moment the man asked if Jesus wanted to heal him, Jesus said, “YES, I DO!”

You may say, Richard, that word was for the leper. How do I know if God wants to heal ME? I can assure you it is God’s will to heal you, because His Word says so. In Exodus 15:26, He declares, I am the Lord who heals you. In 3 John 2, He says, Beloved, I wish above all things that you may prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers.

Who is He calling His “Beloved” in that scripture? It’s YOU! When you invite Him into your life as Lord and Savior, you become His beloved child. You become a member of His family—and you are His prized possession. He has all the hairs on your head numbered (Luke 12:7). You are the apple of His eye (Deuteronomy 32:10; Zechariah 2:8).

In other words, He loves you, and He knows what you’re going through. According to 3 John 2, it is His highest wish to see you healthy, well, and prospering in every area of your life. That means you can reach out to Him in faith for Him to meet your needs, knowing that He loves you enough to help you.

If you ever find yourself worrying or questioning how much God loves you and wants you to be well, then remind yourself of this… He loves you so much that He sent His only Son so that you might be saved (John 3:16). Jesus shed His blood for you so that by His stripes you would be healed (1 Peter 2:24).

Acts 10:38 says, God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and HEALING ALL who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him. Notice that word, ALL. Jesus never turned away anyone who came to Him for healing…

And He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). If He did something 2,000 years ago, He still does it today. That’s why I can write with perfect confidence that no matter what kind of problem you may be facing—physical, financial, emotional, trouble in your family, distance in your relationship with God, or something else—Jesus wants YOU to be healed and whole. He was…is…and always will be a Healing Jesus!

Partner, let me remind you… He knows what you are going through… He has compassion toward you in your time of need… And He has UNLIMITED POWER to bring healing to your situation. Whatever sickness or lack you may be facing, it isn’t too hard for Him to handle. His power to make you whole is LIMITLESS!

Now, catch this… What happens when you know, in the depths of your heart, that God wants you well? You begin to believe Him for your healing! You begin to act in faith on His Word. As a result, you begin to see miracles in the areas where you need His healing power! That’s why it is so important for you to know that it is God’s will for you to be healthy and whole.

This is how the woman with the issue of blood received her healing. You probably remember her story from Mark chapter 5, but let me remind you what the Scriptures say about her…

The Bible tells us that this particular woman had an issue of blood—in other words, constant bleeding—for twelve years. That’s a long time to be dealing with a sickness! In her case, she suffered greatly and endured all kinds of treatments from several different doctors to try to find a cure. Not only that… She also spent all the money she had on doctor bills and medicines.

But nothing worked. In fact, in spite of everything the doctors tried to do for her, the Bible says she grew worse! She found herself in a seemingly impossible situation…and she was desperate.

Then one day, she heard about Jesus. I believe she heard the news that He was healing people of all kinds of diseases, and that God was working amazing miracles through Him. When she heard this good news, something happened in her heart. FAITH rose up in her!

Her faith prompted her to DO something… In her heart, she SAID to herself, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well” (Mark 5:28). She left her house and went to find Jesus. He was surrounded by a great crowd, but she didn’t let it stop her. She pressed through the crowd until she reached the Lord.

And she kept saying to herself in faith, “I will touch Him. I’ll connect myself to His power, and when I do, I’m going to see a change in my body. I’m going to be made whole.” She got a vision of what her life could look like when the unlimited power of God touched her body… And then she pressed forward toward her goal until she got it!

Because of her persistence and her faith, the woman received EXACTLY what she was believing for. She touched Jesus’ garment as her point of contact and released her faith. In that moment, she was made whole. The bleeding stopped, and she was healed! Her faith pulled the healing power out of Jesus!

Don’t think for a minute that God won’t do for you what He did for the woman with the issue of blood. He is no respecter of persons—He doesn’t play favorites (Acts 10:34). He responds to everyone who calls on Him in faith, believing His Word will work! What He has done in the lives of others, I believe He can do for you too, because He wants you to be made whole, according to 3 John 2.

I want to share with you a powerful testimony of how God can change even the most difficult circumstances and make you whole, if you will reach out to Him in faith for your healing and restoration…

Recently, I prayed for a man who had a seemingly impossible situation in his body. The man had an ulcer, and in the course of time, the ulcer ate a large hole in his small intestines. The damage was causing him to bleed so much that he was in danger of dying from blood loss. He went to see his doctors, who examined him and told him some very bad news…

The hole in his intestines needed to be repaired… But because of where the hole was located, the doctors could reach it only by cutting into his stomach. As a result, they told him that he would never eat normally again. He’d end up using a feeding tube for the rest of his life.

The man was reluctant to have the surgery, because he didn’t want to be on a feeding tube. But he didn’t give up entirely… Instead, he called this ministry for prayer, and I agreed in prayer with him that God would heal him.

After prayer, he felt as though something had changed in his body… And after some tests at the hospital, the doctors discovered that his blood count was beginning to increase. He was no longer losing blood as badly as before.

More tests were done, and the doctors came back with another miracle to report. Somehow, the hole in the man’s intestines became easier for them to reach. They were able to operate and repair the hole without cutting into the man’s stomach!

Today, this man is completely well. His stomach is intact. He eats normally, instead of with a feeding tube. Before prayer, that would have been impossible. But after prayer to the unlimited God who does miracles… An impossible situation was completely reversed, and the man has been made whole!

I’ll say it again… God is UNLIMITED! He healed the leper, the woman with the issue of blood, and the man with the hole in his small intestines. And He can make YOU whole in every area where you need healing and restoration. It is His perfect will for YOU to be well in your body, your mind, your family, your finances, your business, your job, your marriage…wherever you need it.

Remember, I am always here for you! I want to pray and agree with you for healing and wholeness in your life… So please send in your Prayer Response and be specific with your needs. When I receive your prayer requests, I’ll hold them in my hands and ask the Lord to send His UNLIMITED HEALING POWER into your life, to make you whole, lacking nothing, in every area of your life.

As you write to me about your needs, I challenge you to take a step of faith. Look beyond what you need, consider what you already have in your hands, and DO something with it. Whatever you have can become a seed!

And what do you do with your seed? You sow it to the Lord! A farmer can hold his seed in his hands and admire it, but it won’t give him a harvest unless he plants it. Seed must be SOWN in order to grow into a harvest to meet your needs.

Ask the Lord what specific seed He would have you sow into this ministry at this time. Remember, your partnership is vital to all that we do… With your help, we are sharing the unlimited healing power of Jesus around the world. And I believe that your seed sown to the Lord through this ministry will produce a great harvest for YOU, in Jesus’ name!

I encourage you to sow with purpose… Every time you plant your seed into this ministry, let it be an act of your faith. Give what the Lord tells you to give, and give with an expected harvest in mind. Pray over your seed, and ask the Lord to help this ministry reach as many people for Him as we possibly can. Thank Him for the harvest coming your way because you have sown generously, according to Luke 6:38.

I’m standing in faith with you for God to fully supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). May you be made perfectly whole, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. And may the Lord’s unlimited resources be poured into your life and overflow from you to your loved ones, your friends, your coworkers, and the people you meet daily.

Be sure to send me your prayer requests as soon as you can get them in the mail. There are no limits to what we can accomplish together for the Lord. And share your praise reports with me as well. I can’t wait to find out how God is showing forth His unlimited power, love, and goodness to you.

I am praying for 2012 to be a mighty year in your life! According to Jeremiah 29:11, God has a great plan for you! He has said to me that this is the Year of NO LIMITS. So, I am expecting there to be NO LIMITS for you…and I encourage you to expect the same…

As you move forward daily into all God has for you, be sure to keep your spiritual eyes open and look for the miraculous… You see, I believe with all my heart that something GOOD is going to happen to you in 2012. There are no limits to what God can do for you…

You may say, No limits, Richard? But what about the economy? What about the businesses that are closing, the homes being foreclosed upon, and the high unemployment rate? What about the sicknesses and diseases that are running rampant, without a cure?

Pay close attention here… God has not fallen off His throne. He is still in control, and He takes care of His children! He can take care of you in all the circumstances of your life. So, yes, I am expecting 2012 to be a great and mighty year for you, and I am telling you to expect great things too!

This is YOUR YEAR of NO LIMITS… Let it get down in your spirit. And then, out of the abundance of your heart, say it. Give voice to what God has for you this year by saying out loud today and every day, “This is MY YEAR of NO LIMITS… There are no circumstances that can stop me from receiving God’s blessings. By faith, I believe GOOD things are coming into my life all year long!”

I want you to be a FULL PARTICIPANT in all God has for you this year and always! So, begin to picture what your life will look like as the limits come off… See yourself entering into a new level of INCREASE with God! You can have a closer relationship with Him than you’ve ever had before… You can have miracles, signs, wonders, and answers to prayer… Your dreams can be resurrected…

God is not limited in what He can do for you… But He wants your participation and your faith! He wants you to be involved in what He is doing for you. So, ask Him to reveal to you the things He wants to do for you this year. Think about the harvest you desire to receive, and then ask the Lord for it, trusting Him to bring about your harvest in due season, as you stand in faith, believing… And ask the Lord what special seed He wants you to sow…

This is more important than ever as you plant seed and stand firm in believing God for ALL you need… Many people today are imprisoned by lost expectations and dying dreams… As a result, they are giving in to despair. I don’t want you to be one of them!

Maybe you’ve been in a war of some kind, and you’ve been wounded on the inside. Maybe a sickness has ravaged your body. You may be facing a foreclosure, unemployment, or other financial challenges… Or perhaps you have loved ones who are suffering, and there seems to be nothing you can do to help them…

But I have a word of HOPE for you as you believe God for the limits to come off your life… With God ALL things are possible (Mark 10:27). It’s time to seize the blessings of God by faith, refusing to take no for an answer! Even if things haven’t worked out in the past, you have HOPE for a better future in Him…

This is YOUR YEAR to leave disappointments and failures behind you. Take the past and put it in the past. That’s what the apostle Paul meant when he said, “I haven’t achieved perfection. I haven’t arrived. But there’s one thing I do… I take the past, and I put it in the past, so I can move forward into all God has for me.” (See Philippians 3:12–14.)

There is nothing in your past that you cannot give to God. He is faithful to forgive you of your sins when you repent (1 John 1:9). You can leave your disappointments behind too. Your past can’t limit you if you don’t allow it to.

This is important, because your faith must be focused on the future victories you want to have. If you stay trapped in past failures and disappointments, it can hinder your ability to put your faith in God for GOOD things to come.

So, go to the Lord today and give Him all your broken dreams and shattered expectations. Simply say, “Lord, I take all these things that are broken in my life, that have caused me pain, and that I thought would never be fixed… And I give them to You. I trust You to bring about healing and restoration for my life in the way and in the timing that works best. Thank You for turning things around for me for good, in Jesus’ name.” Friend, I agree with that prayer and believe God with you for good things to come…

Now that you’ve prayed, expect God to bring about good things for you! He is an expert at turning around situations for your good, and I believe He wants to help you in all the ways that you need Him to be there for you. You’ve given Him your past… Now, it’s time to move forward, doing what you can do, and putting your faith in Him to do the “impossible” part for you.

Do you remember what I said in my previous letter about the four lepers who experienced a miraculous deliverance in 2 Kings 7? Let me remind you why they needed a miracle.

The Syrian army had encamped around Samaria… No one could go in or out of the city. The siege lasted so long that the food supply ran very low, and the prices rose so high that people couldn’t afford to eat. Everyone was slowly starving to death… Deliverance seemed impossible!

It reminds me of the seemingly impossible situations that people are facing today… prolonged unemployment, layoffs, foreclosures, cancer, distress, anxiety, a lack of peace and joy, broken relationships… So many people are desperate and hurting. The world’s system cannot provide the answers… But God can!

In the midst of what looked like certain destruction for Samaria, GOD worked a miracle through the most unlikely people…four lepers who had no food, no weapons, nothing in the natural that would bring about their deliverance…

But they did have one thing going for them… They had an attitude inside them that said, “Don’t give up!” They had FIGHT in them! So they said to each other, “Let’s go to the camp of the Syrian army, because that’s where the food is. If we do nothing, we’ll die anyway. But if we go and they feed us, we’ll live.”

It may seem as though you don’t have what it takes to get out of your troubles… But you can always choose what you believe, what you think, and what you do. You can choose to move toward God—your deliverer! The four lepers CHOSE to move toward their deliverance. As they did, God came in on the scene! He caused the Syrians to flee in terror, leaving their riches and their food behind.

The four lepers brought back the news of what God had done and SHARED the spoils with everyone in Samaria. There was so much food that the prices dropped to bargain-basement prices literally overnight! The desperate situation turned into a great victory in a single day…

No matter how bad your circumstances appear, God is still doing great things for His people today. He can turn things around for you completely, just as He turned things around for the people of Samaria. He has great things planned for you this year… As you believe Him, act in faith, and sow your seed, He can do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think, according to the power that works in you (Ephesians 3:20).

Notice the key idea in that scripture… GOD can do it according to the POWER that works in you. What power is that? It’s HIS power… It’s the power of the Holy Spirit that came into your heart when you received Jesus as Lord and Savior… It’s the same power that Jesus had when He did miracles during His earthly ministry!

Let me remind you what the power of God in you looks like when it goes into action in your life…

One day, Jesus was in a boat with Peter and the other disciples, crossing the sea of Galilee, when suddenly a storm arose. The wind grew so strong that it whipped the waves of the sea into a frenzy. It appeared that the boat would sink, and the disciples were terrified… To their natural minds, the storm (and their deaths) seemed impossible to escape!

HOWEVER… Jesus stood up, told the wind and the waves to calm down, and the storm stopped completely. You see, the Holy Spirit in Jesus was greater than the wind of that storm! What was on the INSIDE of Jesus was GREATER than what was on the OUTSIDE…

When you look at the economy, sickness and disease, and the other troubles in our world, you can see that a lot of storms are raging right now… But you can come against those storms with the power of God that dwells inside you because you are His child… The power of God inside you is greater than any outside circumstances you may face!

But you must be connected with God if you want to draw on His power in a time of need… If you want to be safe when the storm comes and delivered when the siege comes, then you need to make sure Jesus is in your boat! You need the right partner.

Peter had his fishing boat, and he had his nets out all night. But he didn’t catch anything until he partnered with Jesus to do the work of God’s Kingdom (Luke 5:1–7). Peter GAVE what he had to the Lord, and then he RECEIVED a harvest of fish so large it nearly sank his boat!

Peter got his miracle catch when Jesus was in the boat with him… In other words, you must get in the right position to receive your miracle. You must be in the right place at the right time…and with the right partner…

The disciples received a great deliverance in a life-threatening storm… and Peter received a great increase of fish after he faced a great lack. Nothing is impossible with the Lord. But Jesus had to be in the boat with them… I’ll say it one more time… To receive their miracle, they needed to be in the right place at the right time, with the RIGHT PARTNER!

YOU are my partner in doing the work of the Oral Roberts Ministries. I believe Jesus has called you and me into this partnership… He is the Lord of this ministry, and He is here with us in the boat, so to speak…

And I’m here as His instrument of blessing to you! That’s why I believe He has miracles to send you through this ministry, just as He helped the disciples… He has done more than 134,000 healing miracles for our partners in the past 14 years, and He’s doing more as you read this letter. You can partake of all He has for you through this ministry too… But you must be in the boat!

How do you get in the boat with this ministry? You do it by sowing your seed into the works we are doing for the Lord… by praying for us…and by supporting our international crusades, our television broadcasts, and our other outreaches. I have exciting news about a new outlet for our television program that you can help make possible. (See the special insert to learn more about it.)

Partner, with your help, we are continuing to reach out and do more to share Jesus with our world! As you partner with me and this ministry, I believe the blessings of God will flow through this ministry to you, because this is where you are planting seeds toward your harvest.

There are NO LIMITS to His ability to bring you the harvest you need, in His way and in His perfect timing…

But you have to get your seed in the ground. I believe many a dream has been denied, simply because there has been no seed sown. And without the seed, there can be no harvest. Don’t let that be you… Don’t limit your dreams by failing to plant seed in faith to the Lord. Choose to sow to Him today and give Him something to work with as He brings your dreams to pass!

I challenge you to plant the specific seed that God puts in your heart right now… And do it TODAY. Get your seed planted as soon as you can, so that it can start growing into the harvest you need for your future.

As you wait patiently and in faith for your harvest to come, remember this: It may take a little while for your seed to grow and bear fruit… It may take time to get out of your situation… But the harvest will come and your deliverance will take place, because God is faithful to honor the seeds you plant to Him in faith, believing. Keep moving in the direction of freedom and deliverance, and keep expecting miracles. I’m standing in faith with you for all your needs to be met through the mighty, miracle-working God we serve!

A new year is beginning… A year filled with new opportunities and blessings from the Lord for you and your loved ones! As you move forward into 2012, I pray that a new level of expectation of good things to come will fill your heart, that God will enable you to stand strong in the midst of every situation, and that you will reap the rewards that belong to you as a child of God!

I’m declaring 2012 to be the Year of NO LIMITS because the God we serve is NOT LIMITED! He is not hindered by financial forecasts, job reports, bad debts, foreclosures, family strife, doctor’s reports, or any other challenges you may be facing. Every beast of the forest is His, and the cattle on a thousand hills too (Psalm 50:10)… He has ALL the resources of heaven at His disposal.

God has an abundant heavenly supply to draw from when He meets YOUR needs… He can meet any need, no matter how impossible it seems…

Maybe you struggled with challenges in 2011. Maybe you’re tired of hearing everyone talk about the limits on what you can have because of a down economy. Perhaps you’ve had bad experiences to leave behind as you start this new year.

Here’s the good news… God is NOT LIMITED! And He isn’t done blessing you yet! Decide right now to willingly “let go” of past problems and look ahead to the abundant blessings that God has for you this year… If you made mistakes, ask God to forgive you. The Bible assures us that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

Next… “Let go” of your current circumstances and turn loose of the things that have had you worried. Put them in God’s hands by faith, expecting His best for your life. Focus on Jesus, who loves you and who said… “Do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’… For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and ALL these things shall be ADDED to you (Matthew 6:31–33).

We all have concerns. But when we focus only on our natural circumstances and the bad news we hear, we can become trapped by worry, and we can end up limiting ourselves… That’s why Jesus tells us to seek God’s kingdom first. It’s the key to receiving the answers you need from God, who is UNLIMITED!

Let me explain…

God’s mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22–23). I believe the blessings of God are coming toward you all the time. He has good things and new mercies for you EVERY DAY…MORE THAN ENOUGH to meet your needs…even when it might not appear that way to your natural mind.

You can either take hold of His blessings and mercies by faith, or you can let them pass you by. It’s up to YOU to expect the blessings of God to come your way… And then take hold of them by faith until they become yours!

The good news is… His blessings already belong to you through your faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior. Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith (Galatians 3:13–14).

Through Him, you have access to ALL the riches of heaven… That’s what Philippians 4:19 means when it says, God shall supply ALL your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. You can trust Him with everything that concerns you because He cares for you and He has EVERYTHING it takes to provide for EVERY area of your life.

You may say, But Richard, my situation looks so bad to me. It’s been bad for so long… It appears as if there is no hope…

That’s the problem! It APPEARS bad to your natural eye. But God still has answers for you… That’s why you need to seek His kingdom first… He is the ONE who holds the answers you need!

I’m reminded of the four lepers in 2 Kings chapter 7… The Syrian army had come against the people of Israel, and there was a great famine. Things looked very bad. Four lepers were sitting at the gates of their city, and they said to each other, “Why are we sitting here? If we stay here, we’ll die. If we go into the city where the famine is, we’ll die. Let’s go to the Syrian army and strike a blow for our deliverance.”

As the four lepers headed to the enemy’s camp, the Lord made it seem as though a large army with horses and chariots was coming. The Syrians thought they were under attack, so they fled, leaving their tents and supplies behind. When the lepers arrived, they had their fill of food, plus all the spoils that the enemy left behind. What a great deliverance! (Read the story for yourself in 2 Kings 7:3–8.)

Catch this… Even when you go through the worst kinds of challenges, like the four lepers did, the Lord is always with you. He never leaves you or forsakes you (Hebrews 13:5). Remember, with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).There is nothing that He can’t handle.

Here’s a simple way to look at life through the eyes of faith in this new year… Start each day with a time of worship and prayer to the Lord, just like I do. Even if all you can spare is five minutes, do it. Commit yourself to Him daily… Ask Him to show you His goodness every day… And then EXPECT Him to do it!

As you make it your daily habit to turn to God in faith, I believe you will notice His hand at work in your life… Sometimes it will be in small ways, and sometimes in big ways… But as you EXPECT to see His goodness, your eyes will be opened to the many, many ways in which He is blessing you with the riches He has for you in glory by Christ Jesus.

Partner, there are NO LIMITS on what the Lord can do in your life because He is LIMITLESS! He can give you insights, concepts, and ideas to bring you victory and abundance in any situation… He can heal you of all manners of sickness, including cancer and other so-called incurable diseases… He can turn around impossible financial situations…

That’s what He did recently for Al, a partner of this ministry! Let me tell you what God did…

Al owns a commercial roofing and construction business. Because of the downturn in the economy, construction jobs dried up, and Al’s business started to go downhill. As time went by, things got worse. Eventually, he had to lay off all his employees. His secretary quit. A turnaround seemed impossible…

But Al is a faithful seed-faith partner with the Oral Roberts Ministries. He has been sowing his seed consistently and trusting the Lord for a financial miracle. He called the Abundant Life Prayer Group many times for prayer as he stood in faith for his circumstances to change. And he continued to speak God’s Word over his life, saying, “God, Your Word says I am prosperous. I believe my seed is at work.” Sometimes he felt discouraged, but he kept believing for His miracle.

He can do it ALL!

God has been doing MIRACLES for generations… To Him, miracles are NORMAL! Consider the great things He has done for those who believe Him… He parted the Red Sea, enabled Israel to take the Promised Land, and helped David defeat the giant, Goliath… He fed over five thousand people with five loaves of bread and two fishes… He saved the apostle Paul from shipwrecks and other troubles, including poisonous snakebites…

His miracles are not limited to the people mentioned in the Bible… In my father’s generation, God did many healing miracles through this ministry… including the time He created a hip socket in the body of a boy born without a hip socket, enabling him to walk without crutches for the first time in his life…

And now God is still doing great things… He gave new life to Al’s dying business… He restored life to Jennifer, the daughter of my partner Sanjuanita, when Jennifer was run over by a car and pronounced dead at the scene… In Kenya, He healed Gerri, the aunt of my partner John, of AIDS…

Rest assured… The days of God doing miracles are NOT over! And He is NOT LIMITED in His ability to totally turn around even the most impossible situations. That’s why I am calling this year the Year of NO LIMITS. When you believe His Word and act in line with His will, He can do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think, according to the power that works in you (Ephesians 3:20).

And because you are my partner, I’m standing in faith with you for His blessings, miracles, and turnarounds in your life… I’m asking the LIMITLESS GOD we serve to shower UNLIMITED BLESSINGS on you and your loved ones!

Place your trust in Him NOW for an abundant, overflowing supply of blessings and provision this year! See yourself stepping into a new realm of increase in Him… See yourself receiving more of His wisdom for your life… Expect Him to send you ideas, concepts, and insights to help you get on top of any circumstances that have held you down or held you back.

Partner, rise up in faith and declare that you are expecting great things from the Lord this year. Remember, with the Lord’s help, you can rise above any circumstances and walk in joy and victory!

Now, there’s one more thing I believe you need to do as you set yourself to start off 2012 right… It’s time to take a stand against job loss, debt, economic bad news, sickness and other troubles…

The Lord has been speaking to me about the increase He has for you and me in 2012… He has shown me that He is bringing you, me, and this ministry to a higher level, even in the midst of the economic troubles that we hear about daily on the news. God isn’t limited by the news. He has already begun to bring about increase for the partners of this ministry… I’ve been receiving tremendous reports of healings and financial miracles in the past several weeks…

But I’m writing this letter to YOU… I want you to be a FULL PARTICIPANT in all that God has for you… And I believe I wouldn’t be doing my part as a faithful minister of the Lord unless I gave you the opportunity today to sow a powerful, anointed seed of protection for your financial future!

If you want your finances to be protected, preserved, and increasing, you need to do something wise with the finances you have right now. That means sowing your seed into the work of God, so that He can bring about a harvest for you in due season (Galatians 6:9). And this ministry is GOOD GROUND!

You may have seen this Scripture many times before today, but I urge you to consider it afresh as you read it, and let God make it alive in a new way to you… Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will God give back to you. For with the same measure that you give, it will be given back to you (Luke 6:38).

If you want a good measure of God’s UNLIMITED RESOURCES to be given back to you in 2012, you must GIVE FIRST. You sow your financial seed so it can grow into a financial harvest. You GIVE. And then it will be given back to you good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over…

Your Heavenly Father is the PERFECT SOURCE for you and your loved ones in all circumstances! There are NO LIMITS to His ability to bring you a harvest… NO LIMITS to His abundant supply for you…He has MORE THAN ENOUGH of everything you and your loved ones could ever need!

So, join with me TODAY in believing God for UNLIMITED blessings in your life and sow a special BREAKTHROUGH 2012 SEED aimed at the miracles you’d like to see this year. Make it a seed according to the kind of harvest you want to receive… Don’t limit yourself or God…

In fact, ask Him right now to give you a picture of what He has for you this year, and ask Him to make it bigger than you would normally ask or think! His supply is only limited by what YOU are willing to receive from Him… Let Him show you how much to sow… If you need to, you can make a pledge for what you will give this year. Give in faith, expecting a great and mighty harvest!

In First John 3:1, the apostle John spoke these words: Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God!

During the season of Christmas, the message of God’s love resounds loud and clear. But
in a world filled with strife, wars, bad news, and so many voices trying to get our attention,
we can easily be distracted and drawn away from the simple but powerful TRUTH that God loves us.

This is the message of Christmas… God loves YOU!

God’s love for you is so great that He created an entire world filled with beautiful mountains, valleys, the seas and the land, the sun, moon, and stars, fields, flowers, fish, and animals… He gave you everything you need to live in the earth and prosper.

His love is so great that He sent prophet after prophet to share His message with the world. From generation to generation, He has appointed faithful men and women to speak His Word and write it down…giving you the Bible, so that you will always have a place to turn when you need to know His will for your life.

His love is so great that He didn’t abandon you, me, or the rest of humankind after Adam and Eve disobeyed Him and sin entered into the earth as a result of their disobedience. No! Because of His great love for all people, He gave you and me His very best sacrifice to pay the price for sin and give us a way to be set free—His Son, Jesus.

God’s love for you isn’t just a nice-sounding idea. It’s real! It has His saving, healing, delivering power behind it. His love was made flesh for you when Jesus was born of a virgin in Bethlehem…

And His great love reached its highest heights when Jesus took our sins for us on the Cross, paving the way for us to be forever with God in Heaven if we repent of our sin, believe on Him for our salvation, and invite Him to be the Lord of our lives. He didn’t fail to free us… No, He was victorious! His love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:8). And through our faith in Him, we can take part in the freedom with which He has set us free (Galatians 5:1).

That’s the love that the apostle John was talking about… God’s love… the love that saves everyone who calls upon the name of Jesus in faith. It’s the kind of love that forgives, saves, heals, and delivers you!

This Christmas season, I encourage you to put your full focus on Jesus, your Lord and Savior… Leave your cares and your prayers in His hands, trusting completely in Him. Hold fast to your faith in Him for your salvation, healing, and deliverance. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8).

Let His voice be louder to you than any other voice… He will always lead you in the right direction, because He loves you… He is the Good Shepherd… He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life… And He has your very best in mind, now and always.

God gave you His very best… He gave you Jesus! And I believe He will continue to give you His best as you trust in Him and expect His blessings upon your life. I encourage you to give your best too, in every way that you can. Share your love, your time, your prayers, and anything you have to give with those around you.

I also encourage you to believe God for great things in 2012… Allow Him to show you what He would have you believe Him for, and allow Him to direct your prayers and your giving for the new year. Today, plant your best seed for the harvest you are believing to receive in 2012… Send it in before the end of the year! And then watch with joyful, confident expectation as God works in your life and in the lives of your loved ones.

Let me pray for you right now… In the authority of Jesus’ name, I set my faith in agreement with you for God’s great love to fill your heart, to flood your life, and to set you free in every area where you need His saving, healing, delivering power to be at work. I pray for His healing touch in your life, and I pray that you and your loved ones will be drawn close to Him and blessed.

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit, according to Romans 15:13. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Are you ready for a GOOD WORD? Because that’s what I have for you today… a good word from the Lord about your future!

I believe with all my heart that God is sending you a powerful message of HOPE at this very moment, as you hold this letter in your hands… He cares about you! He loves you so much that He sent His Son, Jesus, to redeem you from the power of sin and death… And I believe He sees you finishing this year strong and entering the new year filled with His joy, peace, faith, and HOPE for GOOD things to come!

No matter what you’re facing, you can always place your hope in the Lord! Remember, He knows everything you are going through… He knows the things
that concern you. He is faithful and reliable… And He has real help and real answers for you.

Catch this… Hope is a word that we sometimes overlook because we can easily forget how important it is. But God has a lot to say about that little word… The Bible is filled with encouraging reminders that we can place our trust in Him. And Romans 15:13 tells us that He is the God of HOPE…

It’s important to see Him as the God who gives hope to YOU… As you place
your hope in Him, He gets you through the hard times! Let me explain why this is so important…

When bad news comes, it can hit you hard, even if you’re a Christian. A bad report from your doctor or a negative outlook on your financial future can make you feel down… And if you’ve been waiting for a long time for a situation to turn around, you may find yourself growing very discouraged.

The Bible says that the rain falls on the just and the unjust. In other words,
hard times can come to those who believe God, even as they come to those who don’t. But as a child of God, YOU have hope that the rest of the world doesn’t have…because you have the Lord in your life!

You may be going through a challenging situation right now. Or maybe you’re doing well, but someone you care about is struggling with something. Whatever your situation, I want you to know that through Jesus, your Lord and Savior, there is always hope for you…no matter what!

Whenever your situation gets you down, remember Psalm 146:5, which says, Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the Lord his God. As you continue to place your hope in the Lord, He will help you to maintain your joy and confidence in all circumstances. He enables you to be at peace while you wait for Him to do His perfect work in your life.

And here’s something else you need to know… Having hope in the Lord is vital to your well-being, because it is how you maintain a positive vision for your future. Godly hope is the expectation that good things are coming your way. And if you believe in Jesus Christ, then you can most certainly expect good things, because the God you serve is a GOOD God who has GOOD plans for your future (Jeremiah 29:11).

You or your loved ones may be facing hard times, but God doesn’t want you to become captive to the heartsick feeling of discouragement and desperation! I believe He wants to give you an abundance of His hope, so you will have the strength to TRUST Him with peace in your heart until you receive the desired answer to your prayers… And when the answer comes, it will be a source of LIFE and JOY to you (Proverbs 13:12)!

The Lord recently said to me, Richard, I want to give HOPE to people again… That’s why He instructed me to make a new prayer cloth as your point of contact especially for your healing and deliverance from cancer, incurable diseases, and other seemingly impossible situations!

I’m going to say a little more about that prayer cloth very soon… But first, I want you to catch this… You can CHOOSE to place your hope in the Lord whenever you want to… It’s up to you… And that is good news, because it means that no matter what you may be facing, you can always draw on all the blessings and benefits that come from placing your hope in the Lord, who says, I will not fail you, nor forsake you (Joshua 1:5).

So I encourage you today… BELIEVE with all your heart that the Lord has a good future in mind for you. EXPECT His plans to come to pass for you as you live daily for Him. Live by faith in Him and keep your spiritual eyes open, so that you can see and take hold of every good thing from Him that comes your way. I don’t want you to miss out on anything God has for you.

And there is no better time than RIGHT NOW to believe God for a good future as 2011 ends and a new year with new possibilities is about to begin for you.

Jeremiah 17:7 says, Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose hope is the Lord. Why are you blessed when your hope is in Him? I believe it’s because He is the solid Rock on which you can stand when everything else around you is shaking and seemingly falling apart. He will come to your rescue when you call on Him in faith and wait patiently for Him.

Do you remember what happened to the disciples of Jesus when they had to cross the Sea of Galilee? Mark chapter 4 tells us that after a long day of teaching the multitudes, Jesus instructed the disciples to get in a boat and cross over to the other side of the sea. Then He went to sleep, while they manned the boat.

Soon, a great storm came up, and the disciples weren’t expecting it. Have you ever faced an unexpected storm of life? Maybe you’re in one right now…or maybe you know someone who is. Well, let me give you a word of hope from the Lord. He can handle the “unexpected”… He can do the “impossible!”

The wind that the disciples were sailing against was so strong that it whipped the waves into a frenzy. According to Mark 4:37, the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. The ship was filling up with water and in danger of sinking. The disciples became convinced they were going to drown. And they thought Jesus didn’t even care about them… They awakened Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?”

Sometimes, the trials of life feel like that, don’t they? They can be terrifying… They can appear to be hopeless… When you find yourself going through a hard time, especially one that seems desperate, you might be tempted to think God doesn’t care what is happening to you.

Partner, that’s why you must put your faith in the Lord, who doesn’t change! Circumstances may change… People may come and go from your life… But the Lord is always with you. He Himself has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” (Hebrews 13:5).

The disciples thought that Jesus didn’t care, but He did! When they awakened Him, He immediately stood up, took authority over the storm, commanded the wind to stop, and told the sea, Peace, be still. Then He turned to the disciples and said, “Why did you doubt Me?” He hadn’t abandoned them… He didn’t forsake them in their time of need… He was there, and He saved them!

Hebrews 6:19 says, His hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast… You may go through the storms of life feeling like your boat is about to sink. It may even seem like the Lord is sleeping through your biggest need—but I tell you that He will hear you when you call on Him…

Even when the waves appear big enough in the natural to overwhelm you, the Lord is with you! His hope anchors you to Him, and it helps you to stay connected to Him until you see the promises in His Word come to pass in your circumstances.

I firmly believe the Lord wants to do the same thing for you that He did for the disciples. He can calm the storms you face, bring peace to your circumstances, and help you live with confidence in Him! He wants you to be firmly rooted in Him, no matter what comes your way… And He has the power to turn around any circumstances, no matter how impossible they seem…

Now, as I mentioned in my last letter, the Lord has spoken to me and said, Richard, a special grace is coming upon you for the healing of cancer and incurable diseases… And those who connect to your ministry are going to see a high rate of healing, especially in the area of incurable diseases and cancer.

He told me why He was doing this… He said, Richard, I want to give hope to people again…

Let’s face it… When you receive a diagnosis for an “incurable” disease such as type 2 diabetes, asthma, lupus, Crohn’s disease, HIV, or cancer…or when you get bad news of any kind that makes your situation look desperate or impossible…you can be tempted to stop expecting good things for your future.

But the Lord hasn’t left you, even if you have received bad news or if you or a loved one is ill. He desires to help you by filling you with His hope! You don’t have to surrender to desperation… You don’t have to suffer with sickness in your body… According to 3 John 2 and Matthew 8:3, the Lord wants to see you healed and made whole in every area of your life, including finances, your job, your family…wherever you have needs…

That’s what the double anointing on my life is for… It is God’s touch on my life for YOU, and because of it, I have the privilege of being a channel of His blessing
to you!

When the Lord told me He wanted to give HOPE to people again, He also instructed me to wage a spiritual war against cancer and incurable diseases… He has led me to make available to you a special new prayer cloth as YOUR POWERFUL POINT OF CONTACT for healing and deliverance from cancer and incurable diseases, or any other impossible situation in your life. When I receive your Prayer Response, I will pray over it and believe God for His increased anointing on my life to touch you and everyone you love…turning around bad situations…and setting you and your loved ones free from any sickness or other problem that has held you or them captive.

So, fill out your Prayer Response with the names of everyone you want me to pray for, and send it to me as quickly as you can get it in the mail.

And when you send it to me, I encourage you to include a seed-faith gift to the Lord. That money doesn’t buy a miracle, because God can’t be bought or bribed. However… your seeds do bring about your harvest according to Luke 6:38. And they bless this ministry that you are a part of!

The Word of God says, Those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing (Psalm 34:10). So ask the Lord what He would have you sow this month, and let me know what you are believing Him to do for you, so I can pray for you. And remember… Whatever you lack, let the God of hope fill you with a confident, joyful, peaceful expectation that He will meet your every need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).

I’m praying for you and your loved ones to be filled with all joy and peace in believing God, and that you will have an abundance of hope, according to Romans 15:13. And I look forward to hearing from you very, very soon!

A new year is fast approaching! This is a season for changes…for NEW and BETTER BLESSINGS to come into your life. I believe the Lord is saying to you, “Get ready…because I am preparing to do new things! I’ll do great and mighty things for you in 2012 as you trust Me.”

It is SO IMPORTANT to trust the Lord and expect Him to work in our lives, especially in the times in which we live. Our world may be growing darker… Sin may be abounding… But that’s not the end of the story!

Always remember this… In times of trouble, God’s grace abounds so much more to us (Romans 5:20). Jesus said in John 16:33, “In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” His victory is our victory! He is still at work in the world!

As you prepare to leave this year behind and move forward into 2012, I encourage you to do what the Lord says in Isaiah 43:18–19: Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

Now, listen to this with all your heart… I’m declaring in the face of these challenging times that 2012 is the Year of NO LIMITS! Maybe you have struggled with challenges in 2011… Well, I have news for you. God isn’t done blessing you yet. I believe He has new things to do in your life… So, it’s time to leave the past in the past, and look ahead to all that God has for you in 2012…

It’s time to expect your circumstances to begin to turn around for your good… As you trust in Him, see yourself stepping into a new realm of increase in
wisdom, understanding, ideas, concepts, insights, abundance, health, peace, and every other good thing that comes from your Father in heaven (James 1:17).

The Lord has been speaking to me about the increase He has for you and me in 2012… And I can’t wait to see what He is about to do! He has shown me that He is bringing you, me, and this ministry to a HIGHER LEVEL…

I believe He has great and wonderful plans in mind for you (Jeremiah 29:11). Yes, I believe He wants to deliver you from your enemy, the devil, and bring you into a place of INCREASE!

You don’t have to earn His blessings… They are His free gift, through His grace because of your faith and trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior… His shed blood paid the price for your sin, and through Him you can be blessed!

HOWEVER, there is something God requires from you… You must reach out to Him in FAITH, believing Him… Remember, the just shall live by faith (Romans 1:17). The Lord wants you to act on your faith in Him by doing your part. When you believe His Word, obey Him, and EXPECT Him to move, He goes to work in your behalf. He FLOODS your situation with His wonder-working power!

Do you remember the story of Elisha? He worked under the prophet Elijah. When it was time for Elijah to be taken up to Heaven, he asked Elisha, “What would you like me to do for you?” And Elisha said, “I want a double portion of the anointing that has rested upon you during your ministry” (2 Kings 2:9).

Now, the transfer of the anointing wasn’t up to Elijah. It was up to God. But Elijah told Elisha that if he saw him go, then it was a sign that God had honored his request. And that’s exactly what happened. Elisha saw his mentor being taken up to heaven. That’s the same request I made of the Lord when my father, Oral Roberts, went to heaven.

I wanted a double portion of the anointing from the Lord, and when my father passed from this life to heaven, I got it. I received the double-portion anointing, and I’ve been walking in it since that day.

Now, what does this mean to YOU? It means that God has set me apart to be a specific and special blessing to you and your loved ones. I said at the beginning of this letter that God has spoken to me again…

Pay close attention here… He wants more of His power flowing to YOU, and I’m expecting Him to send you MORE opportunities…MORE blessings…MORE ideas, concepts, and insights… MORE of EVERY GOOD THING that He has for you in 2012!

This is important, because God is stepping up the anointing that flows through this ministry to a higher level than I’ve ever known before. “Richard, as you celebrate your birthday this November 12th, a special grace is coming upon you for the healing of cancer and incurable diseases. You will see it as you speak and send the Word, when you lay hands on people, and when you impart the anointing by faith into prayer cloths, according to Acts 19:11–12.

Those who connect to your ministry are going to see a high rate of healing, especially in the area of incurable diseases and cancer. It’s going to be incredible! I want to give hope to people again… I want them to know that they don’t have to suffer and have cancer and incurable diseases in their bodies.”
