Peach Cobbler
Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh peaches
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Topping:
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
Place peaches in the bottom of a greased deep dish. Mix together 1 cup sugar, flour, milk, salt, and baking powder. Pour batter evenly over peaches.
Now for the topping, mix 1 cup brown sugar, ½ cup flour, and melted butter and sprinkle on to of batter.
Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
