Chloe’s Apple Pie

Crust:

Filling:

Cream flour and butter, and add milk. Add flour until it’s the consistency of cornmeal.  Divide in half.  Roll and shape bottom of crust and put in pie pan.  Roll other half of dough for top.
In a large bowl combine apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Blend together. Pour into pie shell and add four 1” pats of butter or margarine on top of apples. Top with crust and cut small slices for vents.  Bake at 400’ for 15 minutes, then 350’ for 45 minutes or until apples are soft when a knife is inserted in top vent.
