Gooey Cake
Bottom Layer:
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick margarine, melted
Top Layer:
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz crème cheese
- 16 oz powdered sugar
- ½ cup coconut
- ½ cup pecans, chopped
Mix 1st layer and press into baking dish.
Mix 2nd layer together and pour over
bottom layer. Bake at 350’ for 45 min.
Remove from oven, cool, and cut into
squares.
